Scope of Services: EasyTrans offers a range of financial services, including but not limited to money transfer, mobile top-up, visa services, gift and goods services, POC services, passport renewal, ID card renewal, utility bill payments, education fee payments, and legalization services. These services are provided subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Eligibility: To use our services, you must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

10. Products Refund Policy

EasyTrans Refund and Exchange Policy

At EasyTrans, customer satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review our refund and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for selecting the size, color, weight, design, and any other product variations during the ordering process.
  • EasyTrans delivers products exactly as per the customerโ€™s chosen specifications.
  • No exchanges or refunds will be provided if the product matches the specifications selected by the customer.

2. EasyTrans Responsibility

  • If EasyTrans delivers a product that does not match the customerโ€™s selected specifications (e.g., incorrect size, color, weight, design, or any other variation), we will be liable to offer a refund or exchange.
  • Customers must provide proof (such as photos or videos) of the incorrect delivery to initiate a refund or exchange request.

3. Complaint Handling

  • Complaints will only be accepted from the buyer (sender).
    • EasyTrans does not accept complaints or requests for refunds or exchanges directly from the recipient of the product.
    • The buyer must contact EasyTrans directly to report any issues or concerns regarding the product.
  • Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after a thorough review of the complaint by EasyTrans.

4. General Terms

 Immediate Reporting: If you receive a wrong, incorrect color, incorrect size, or damaged product, you must report the issue to EasyTrans on the same day you receive the product.

Complaint Window: Complaints will not be accepted if reported more than two days after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: Products that are correctly delivered according to your chosen color, size, and specifications and are free from defects cannot be returned.
Products must be returned in the same packaging as received, with all tags and packaging intact. Removed tags or packaging will void the refund eligibility.

You must share pictures and videos of the product with EasyTrans staff for approval before sending the parcel back.

Refund Processing: Once the returned parcel is received by an EasyTrans branch, the payment refund will be processed within 3 to 7 working days.

  • Refunds and exchanges are subject to EasyTrans's approval based on the evidence provided.
  • The decision made by EasyTrans regarding any refund or exchange will be final.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

12. Changes to Terms: EasyTrans reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

13. Termination: We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

14. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
